De ruimte en prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
Bed in de tweede slaapkamer was oncomfortabel en gastvrouw sprak geen enkel woord Engels.

La ubicación es perfecta, zona de ocio sin mucho ruido en la calle.
La limpieza perfecta.
Los detalles de la cafetera con capsulas y agua en la nevera es un plus.
El menaje perfecto para los 4 que éramos.
Las camas, al menos la de la habitación con baño, no estaban en muy buen estado, tenía 2 tableros de madera sobre el somier y la cama se hundía en el centro.
Las luces de la habitación no funcionaban, una no tenía bombilla y la otra no se encendía. Supongo que lo subsanarán en breve.

The location was perfect, not too far from restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk to the train station. The property had two bathrooms.
The apartment was in need of redecoration, the second bedroom was very small. Lots of marks on the walls throughout and the doors scraped off the floor when opening and closing. The outside space was awful. The outdoor furniture was extremely dirty and unusable. Very disappointing.
Towels were provided but a €10 charge per towel if makeup stained them. In all honesty, the towels seemed quite old and they could do with new ones.
No safe available in the apartment.
No remote control for the main TV in the living area. This wasn't a problem as we didn't want to watch the TV but we were concerned that we would be charged for the control we didn't have.
There were 4 very large waste bins at the front of the property and on the first night they were emptied at 1am!!
There was a problem with the damage deposit, it was taken from my bank account on the morning we left, before we checked out. It was meant to be a pre-authorisation deposit, only taken if there was any damage. Lots of messages to and from the owner who firstly said it was to do with our bank and then said it was their third party payment platform. We spoke to our bank who confirmed that the payment was made to "In Valencia".We waited 7 days for the deposit to be refunded.
