The room was very clean, new carpet, probably new facilities as they were very clean. Comfy bed, mini fridge, and large TV with Netflix.
A bit noisy in the afternoon, after 4 pm, but I cannot complain because the room is above a busy Pub and I was aware of that when I booked the room.

The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The location does have a carpark, small but it's ok.
My room was clean with a large bathroom, room 2. It is facing the road, not too much road noise. The bar area is very nice and the locals are very friendly. There is a little shop across the road should you need anything.
I was staying because my partner was in The Royal Stoke Hospital, it's only a 10 min drive away.
I had a few minor issues, not even worth mentioning really but after talking to the staff they were very very quickly rectified.
Nothing at all.

The staff are so welcoming, very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, the room was clean and as I'd expect.
