Good afternoon , I would like to receive a refund due to total cancelation - the apartment is not in a good condition due to strong gas odor!
Please I ask your assistance with this very unpleasant and delicate situation.
My family and I pre paid a place named “Duplex Nva Cba frente al parque Sarmiento”. Córdoba Argentina .
When we arrived the guard gave us the key. Once we entered the floor there was gas odor and when we entered the apartment we realize it came from there. We weren’t able to stay there more than a minute or two, my husband and I got headaches instantly and my child didn’t feel well.
We immediately informed the in charge ,we waited for them a while.
Once the representative came We explained that we are not going to risk our child and we can still feel the gas . we still felt the gas odor , the in-charge sent a woman name agustina who apologized and said we will receive back the money back . That all we need to do is file a claim to cancel on booking.
We did as was told and apparently the incharge decided to igonore the refund request valiming the apartment was in perfect condition. I can assure you it’s was dangerously situation and thus the apartment is with no condition to anyone!
