Great location, spacious room, spacious bathroom. Nicely renovated flat. Windows have good insulation!
Everything was OK.

Very clean and maintaned place. Located just around the old city main square. Comfortable, bright and cosy!
We took the appartment because of the elevator, since we travelled with my elderly parents. But there are 9 stairs to arrive the elevator. It was ok for us but i think it should be clearer in booking

A wonderful stay – our second time here!
This was our second time staying at White Lotus Fragola Apartments, and once again we had an excellent experience.
The building is beautifully renovated, very easy to find, and has an elevator, which is especially convenient when travelling with a family. Our two-bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds and exceptionally clean bathrooms. There is heating, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is also very quiet, making it a great choice for families.
The service was absolutely excellent, as always. The communication was perfect — all our emails were answered very quickly, and the team was extremely helpful and accommodating. They did everything they could to meet our requests and make our stay as comfortable as possible.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend White Lotus Fragola Apartments to anyone visiting Krakow!
Everything was perfect.
