The staff were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. When our room didn't have a luggage rack, they were able to provide when they found one. Trash were picked up immediately when left outside our room early in the morning. When we Ieft a note outside our door asking for new towels and floor towel, they did oblige. There's free chamomile tea and my favorite Korean Maxim coffee at the Front desk. They helped us pin their location on our Uber app. The refrigerator was huge (not a mini-refrigerator). We loved the electric kettle, and full kitchen amenities. It's like our home away from home. The location of Hotel Vert was 100% the best in Myeongdong. Olive Young is literally in front of the hotel. There's a 24hour Korean restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. They serve excellent Korean meals.

I stayed 5 nights in Hotel Vert and it became my home away from home! Wonderful view from the floor-to-ceiling picture window, excellent amenities, kitchenette and large fridge/freezer, laundry room, friendly & helpful staff, perfect location in Myeongdong - across from Lotte, nearby bus stops/subway stations, and a few streets from the night market!

Excellent location in the heart of Myeongdong. Easy access to restaurants, markets and shops. We walked everywhere. The room was surprisingly large.

Location
Power supply was not working, toilet screen door constantly leaked water, the towels were too thin and they didn’t even have enough body towels on the first day of check in and we had to make do with small towels. Everything was self service and for the price paid, other establishments offer much better value.
