The king suite had all necessities for the stay. It was dog friendly. Communication with the staff was easy, and check in and check out had no issues.
The room was very dark. The pictures don’t show it. The fireplace was not working.

We stay here a lot. Very close to everything walking distance, dog friendly.
No longer an option for free cancellation. I usually dont cancel buy its nice to have that option during winter if needing to cancel or adjust dates due to weather conditions on the roads. Probably due to new ownership. Laundry is no longer available on site.
Beds are still very uncomfortable, very worn in and have saggy spots, wish they would get replaced. Our room had a very strong perfume smell when we checked in making us both sneeze a lot, couldn't figure it out until we walked by a room actively being mopped and we smelled it again, its the floor cleaner. Must be new because this was our 8th stay and its never been an issue.

The studio was nice with the small kitchen. Bedding was clean and comfortable
The coffee maker needed a deep cleaning, fan needed filter cleaning.
