Todo perfecto.

Good location and communication with the host. Easy access to the property. Elevator in the lift - very helpful when traveling with luggage.
Comfortable bed and amenities in the studio.
Parking - it would be beneficial to be upfront about the parking situation nearby. There’s a big parking lot available (10 min away by foot), however if you’re travelling with suitcases it makes it very difficult.
Bathroom needs renovation.
Studio is also smaller than described.
