Very shit , would never stay there again

The location

Charged $700 euros extra for damage waiver fee you don’t get it back even if you don’t break anything? Which is insane !?!? No wifi apparently the apartment never has wifi , downstairs has strong mould smell it was horrible to sleep in , tvs don’t work , no plug , no tea towels, key is kept in lock box in apartment building next door , very inconvenient if your staying with other people. Whole experience was not good, would never stay there again, apartment is way smaller than it looks in photos. Reviews were hidden until l booked apartment. Reviews from previous tenants were terrible, would never have stayed there if l saw previous reviews

I will never return to these apartments, and I do not recommend booking them.

The apartment does not correspond to the photos shown on Booking at all. On the listing it is stated that the apartment has two bathrooms, but in reality there is only one very small shower room with a tiny window facing the street, through which cockroaches constantly come inside. Cockroaches were running around in the shower room all the time. There is no second bathroom at all, which is the first major discrepancy between the description and reality. It is also advertised that the property has two proper bedrooms. In fact, there is only one actual bedroom, which doesn’t even have proper wardrobes to store clothes. The so-called second bedroom is just a half-room located in the attic, where even a person of 1.65 m height cannot stand upright because the ceiling is too low. This makes it impossible to use the space properly, whether for work or even for leisure. It is simply not a livable room. The only thing there is a mattress on the floor — not a proper bed — which makes it suitable only for lying down to sleep and nothing else. Guests constantly have to go up and down the narrow stairs, which is highly inconvenient. Additionally, the presence of cockroaches throughout the apartment created very unpleasant living conditions. Overall, this place is misleading, and the description on Booking does not reflect reality. I strongly do not recommend this property as it is essentially a scam.

Good location but smelt of damp

Location of apartment was good, it was in a quiet courtyard behind a gate with key code. Apartment is two storey, one floor is in basement and one on ground level so good for two couples. Beds comfy and it does have fans which were necessary in the heat.

It was a little like the crystal maze to get in as there are three different key codes to go through before you get to keys. Apartment smelt damp and had a bad drains smell which was off putting. Apartment fairly clean however we did catch a cockroach. Not much in terms of facilities, fridge door hanging off so everything froze.

All the furniture (kitchen, bathroom, drawers) was broken, and there was mold on the lower floor.

En la descripción dice 2 baños y no son: dos duchas y lavamanos pero inodoro es 1 solo. Las habitaciones de abajo no tienen ventilación y los ventiladores estaba MUY SUCIO. Wifi no sirve.
