My stay sucks.
Nothing the area in the process of rebuilding all the villas 90% area in reconstruction and I consider this location a safety hazard. They should not rent this properties until they are rebuilding those.
According to my Booking.com reservations, I supposed to get a 3 Bedroom and 2 baths. I got a 2 bedroom with one bath. The Aloha management say that Booking.com miss advertise the property on their Web Side. I called Booking.com and I spoke with April, and I sent to her a copy of my reservation that specified 3 Bedroom. I consider this problem miss advertising and that is illegal. She said that she was sending a email to the Aloha Kai and she can’t call me back with the status of my reservation that specified. The Aloha organization supposed to contact me. Why April of someone of Booking.com call me back or sent me a copy of the email sent to Aloha Kai . I waited for few hours and no body from Aloha Kai call me. I called them and got a voicemail let a message . The next day(Saturday) I spoke with Jason and he said that he was to review the email from Booking.com and get back to me. I waited until early in the afternoon and I called back, I got a voicemail , called back later I got a voice mail. The next day Sunday And I got a voice mail. I went to the from desk and nobody was there. The resort next door is taking care of the reservation. On Sunday evening, we arrived from dinner and it was no AC on the Villa. I called the emergency number and spoke with Traci , She said that was getting some. Two hours later I called back and spoke with Mathew he said that he was getting someone. Finally at 11:20 pm I got a call from Jeff,
He said that it was too late to get someone . We basically did not get much sleep. On Monday I went to check out and nobody was on the office.
This was not a vacation it was a nightmare. I don’t care who’s responsibility is I want my Money Back ASSP.
