Очень красивая просторная квартира. Прекрасное расположение. Хорошо оборудованная кухня. Несмотря на оживлённую улицу, осень тихо. Прекрасное общение с хозяином, он всегда был на связи. Рекомендую.
На первый взгляд, вроди как и чисто, но хотелось бы уделить больше внимания чистоте зеркал, они сильно в разводах. В великолепном шкафу в спальне, это немного напрягало.

In the instructions it was not clear that first we have to collect the keys and only then we can enter the parking area. but the host was available to us and helped so it was solved quickly,

Great location, very comfortable and spacious, kitchen equipped for most needs, having a washing machine was great! Host very responsive to any needs/inquiries and very timely response.
It is on a busy corner, so ear plugs would be helpful—but worth it for the location!

Location is good and apartment is spacious and has all facilities available and early check in was approved
What you see in the photos is not true when you get there, you could see few part of river under the flyover bridge and is heavy traffic area.
The host was very unpleasant to talk to and upon insisting to pay via card, I was asked to leave the apartment instead of finding a feasible alternative which was very inconvenient.
Also the apartment is old and is not very well maintained, the wooden floor is uneven and makes sound upon walking, balcony was not cleaned at all
