A great room. Lots of space. I loved the artwork in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast included too. The hotel is close to the beach.
The TV did not work and had to be replaced. Street parking however the car is under surveillance at all times.

The staff are exceptional
The rooms are very spacious with a lounge area which is a treat.
The bathroom was good.
The breakfast was hearty and delicious
Birds living on the roof were noisy and disruptive
Door to the balcony did not lock and felt unsafe
The wifi connection was very weak and barely worked
There are minor incomplete aspects like: blinds in the bathroom for complete privacy, lighting at night is poorly designed and there was only one working bedside lamp.
