About this house rental
Villa Alpha
The luxury villa Alpha is located near the sea on a 600m2 plot! The outdoor area offers a private pool with sun loungers so that you can relax and enjoy even the hottest summer days. There is also a hot tub and a covered terrace with dining area and barbecue. If you enter the interior of the villa from the terrace, you will find an open, tastefully furnished living area with dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Everything has a very modern yet homely feel. The villa sleeps a total of 10 people in 4 comfortable bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor, 3 further bedrooms are on the second floor. Each of the stylishly furnished bedrooms has its own modern bathroom, air conditioning and TV. In the basement there is a sauna, another bathroom, a small kitchen and games room with PlayStation 5. Take advantage of this opportunity and enjoy the island of Rab with family and friends - book your dream vacation! Villa Alpha is located on the island of Rab in an excellent location near the sea. There is a good reason why the island is also called the "emerald island". Rab is one of the most wooded and greenest islands in the Adriatic. On more than 100 km of hiking and cycling trails you can discover its diverse flora and fauna while enjoying the view. With its sandy beaches, which are rather atypical for Croatia, Rab is particularly popular with families with children. With over 20 sandy beaches and countless picturesque bays, every beach lover is sure to find the perfect spot to suit their taste. In terms of gastronomy, Rab will definitely fulfill your wishes. Fresh fish and seafood are the main staples of the locals. When on the island, you must try the specialty "Rapska torta" - a special cake on a special island. The island of Rab is part of the Kvarner Bay and can be reached by ferry from the port of Stinica on the mainland in just 15 minutes.
