The beaches of the Makarska Riviera are known for their crystal clear waters and family-friendly beaches with a variety of sporting activities such as parasailing, yeti-skiing and diving. You have plenty of fantastic restaurants to choose from and the vibrant town is incredible. We recommend visiting the Biokovo Nature Park with Croatia's first skywalk, which is 1288 meters above sea level. This is not for the faint hearted.
