As above

The apartment and house has been lovingly restored and it was comfortable

The location. The house is on the corner of two busy two roads and by 5.30 am the traffic starts and it's impossible to go back to sleep.

1 bedroom unit, not 2

Location. Presentation and style

The Split System compressor for another unit kicking on ever hour overnight, shaking the wall, and stain glass windows waking us up every hour. We had to move to the second bedroom, but it shook the unit so much it could still be heard. Contacted Andy, and although there is a noise curfew at 10pm this was non stop over night.

Very enjoyable. Close to transport and local shops

The owner had thought about everything.

Location, location, location!

The apartment is right in the centre of things, perfect for walking to cafes, shops, the river, the city, parks and bars. We appreciated having a car space too, even though it was very tight getting in! Lovely high ceilings, big windows letting in lots of light, good blockout curtains in the bedroom. Our host, Andy, was very good at communicating before and during our stay, and very responsive. He has hosted us before at another apartment, so we were delighted when we found out he was responsible for this one as well. We'd definitely stay again if it were available.

There's a bit of street noise, though that's to be expected given the location. Not too bad at night, it's mainly in the morning.

Très joli, cosy et à 5 minutes de la Brisbane River. Tout était parfait avec une place de parking qui nous était réservé. Vraiment top !
