Won’t book again

Location was good

Dirty, a lot of broken things in the apartment

3 / 10

Perfect view with apartment ready for renovation 😬

Only the view was nice and the neighborhood (not counting neighbors)

Loud neighbors were organizing party and nobody from property did something with that, even if we said out loud about the problem. The other thing was clean issues, everything almost was used fully or distroyed. For this money I think that was used enough to do now the renovation.

Terrible. Property impossible to contact even if urgent, they don't answer or return calls/messages.

Extremely poor service from the property manager, completely uncontactable even in an urgent situation. Despite six attempts over two days to contact the property (via messages and calls) with an urgent request for confirmation that a parking space had been reserved, the property failed to reply at all - meaning car had to be left a very long distance away. The listing boasts kitchenware + electric oventop, but there were no pots or pans or anything to cook with. There were only 2 or 3 plates and 2 mugs - both of which were dirty - and a few items of cutlery. The hand soap in the bathroom was completely empty. The bathroom bin was already broken and didn't open at all. The bathroom sink has plumbing issues and is partially blocked. All around the property are signs of damage or items being removed - including 2 large holes in the bathroom door which look like somebody punched it. There are liquid stains all up the wall by the desk/television, and also sticky liquid marks all over the television. It looks like someone threw a glass of wine at the wall. Bed linen and blankets were dirty. The balcony door handle doesn't work properly. The balcony windows are so dirty that the view can't fully be enjoyed (which is a shame because the view is otherwise beautiful). The check-in instructions do not make it clear if smoking is or isn't allowed on the balcony. Last but certainly not least - the wifi did not work at all, despite attempts to restart the router.

Stay not bad, no support at all, nobody answers in case there is a problem, since no reception.

Nice view. The studio is causy

I had problems finding the building, and the manager, even though it is written that he/she is available till 21:00, did not pock up my call nor my whatsapp stating that I have problems finding the building. And after 24h, still nothing.

Lokalizacja

Czystość mieszkania pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Wi-Fi i telewizor nie działały, mimo że są to podstawowe udogodnienia, których oczekiwałam. Jestem rozczarowana pobytem i uważam, że obiekt powinien być lepiej przygotowany na przyjęcie gości.
