But with all that internet issues,I had a great time the staff was attentive ‘my calls were answered on a timely manner.

The location was great. I was able to get around the area with comfort.

I had no internet for the duration of my stay. I moved from one room into another with the same problem. For some reason the internet did not work in my room.

Stayed in this room last year and specifically looked for it again when I was booking.

I always eat out

Okay but place needs mordensing and a good clean

Air con and bathroom were decent. Shower could be better. Location is ideal as lots to do around this location and convenient as well.

Kitchen needs to be improved. Items for use are not great and they should be updated. Pots, plates, cups, knives, etc. No dish towel or paper towel provided. Not enough washing liquid provided. No cleaning items provided and massive ant infestation in the kitchen. Bin needs to be bigger and bags provided. Sink is so little that washing up just created a water mess. Relying on toilet roll to wipe up water and clean. Give your guest the necessary things to be comfortable. Some of us prefer to cook and not eat out all the time so make it comfortable. I would also recommend the pillows and cushions are washed or replaced as they look dirty but it would also be because they are very old. Property wasn’t clean when I checked in, balcony had a lot of dirt on the floor. Maybe worth checking if apt is up for booking that they have checked that the apt is clean. After check in, not much communication as my messages were left unanswered. As I was there only for a few nights, I managed as best as I could, if it was longer, I would have probably requested a full clean of the place or ask for a move somewhere else instead. Lastly both fans in the apt needs a clean. It’s a nice appt, needs to be more modernised and definitely needs a good clean. I normally stay at Sand Castle as it’s a nice place to stay but this is the first time staying at this apt. Overall just okay, nothing special.

The view from room is amazing. Room spacious and comfortable. Will definitely book again.

The property is located nearby many food locations. Pool was clean and available if you didn’t want to go to the beach area.

It was very nice decorated and i liked the apratment.

No Wi-Fi, initially no AC in the bedroom and the shower was not very good, no hot water and very los pressure. I didnt get any response from the owner when i ask for the things and the Prince was high for not getting what was supposed to be in the price.
