Everything-Customer service, closeness of the hotel to almost everything. The entire staff goes beyond call of duty in ensuring guests feel at home and have the most incredible stay.
The toilet wasn't too clean

The hotel is in very good location just 8 minutes from Dubai mall. The restaurant staff are very helpful and gentle. Also Special thanks to Janaka at the entrance. Genuinely helpful and always trying to help.
It was an eventful stay starting from Check in took more than 2 hours! Arrived at 1:30 am with family and room was not ready ! Had to change rooms multiple times to get the correct rooms. Reception is very hard to answer when calling from the room and not that helpful. Spoke to hotel manager after check in issues and didn’t seem to care much. Housekeeping is average and cleaning in public areas could be better. Had to chase laundry delivery at check out day multiple times till finally got it delivered.
