Propriétaire malhonnête, non professionnelle, peu aimable, décevant, dépôt non restituer.

La Situation géographique

Impossible de mettre 0 étoile si non je l'aurais mis. Propriétaire désagréable, hautaine et minable. Elle nous informe un Jour avant notre arrivée qu'elle ne nous fournit pas de serviettes de bain alors que la réservation inclut ce service entre autres pour 3 personnes. Le premier jour on lui signale nos constats que la poignée porte s.d.b est arraché, pas de reaction elle nous a ignoré. Egalement, l'internet ne fonctionne pas à l'arrivée (indispensable durant les 8 jours) elle le savait pertinemment mais elle n'a pas fait le nécessaire avant notre arrivée. Les matelas sont trop vieux avec un inconfort déplorable, vous sentez les ressorts des matelas. ATTENTION la deuxième chambre à une petite fenêtre qui communique avec l'autre chambre, de ce fait il n'y a pas d'intimité. L'appartement se situe au premier étage juste en bas à l'entrée de l'immeuble, ce qui fait on entend trop de bruit des gens qui parlent à voix haute tôt le matin et très tard le soir même si les fenêtre sont fermées. Le jour de check-out la propriétaire ne s'est pas présenté elle nous dit de laisser les clés à l'intérieur et partir alors qu'elle est censée d'être là pour l'état des lieux. Les jours suivants lorsqu'on réclame la restitution de dépôt elle nous accuse à tort des dégradations du logement: poignée porte s.d.b arraché, taches sur le canapé, l'appartement laissé dans un état lamentable et très sale, ordures ménagères laissé sur place. Ses propos sont mensongère. Résultats selon cette dernière: immobilisation temporaire du logement pour remise en état et frais supplémentaires. Par ailleurs, aucun de ces mensonges n'est signalé à Booking après notre départ. Cette personne est mesquine et sans scrupule elle n'a aucun état d'âme ni respect pour les gens, sans aucun doute elle a l'habitude d'agir ainsi. Décevant....

En premier lieu, la propriétaire est très courtoise et bienveillante. En second lieu, cet appartement est idéalement localisé, à 100 m du centre ville, et la mer à 10m. L'immeuble est d'une propreté irréprochable et très chic. Quant à l'appartement, il est très fonctionnel, décoré avec soin, avec tous les ustensiles à portée de main. La salle de bain est d'un très grand luxe, avec du linge de maison très design... Sincèrement, je vous garantie que votre séjour sera optimal, et que vous ne regretterez pas votre choix. Alors n'attendez plus, car ce genre d'appartement est très recherché.
