This attractive 2-room apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained 4-family house in a quiet and sunny location. In about 15 minutes on foot, you can reach the public beach with its spacious sunbathing lawn, the charming historic center of Cannobio, and the beautiful lakeside promenade with its cafés, bars, restaurants, and shops. An extensive network of walking and hiking trails is practically right outside the door. The Cannobina River, with its refreshing swimming spots, and the excellent trattoria-pizzeria-bar “La Tana del Lupo” are about a 5-minute walk away. The mountainous and wildly romantic hinterland of the Cannobina Valley offers many scenic attractions and hiking opportunities, and never fails to enchant with its breathtaking views of the lake.
