The location was quite good, the staff was very kind. Did not use the pool but it seemed nice to relax for a couple of hours if needed. We booked the small room, which is indeed very small but quite ok for one night at 15 Rial
The room was not properly cleaned: we found a dead cockroach between the single beds, and had to get rid of another one that appeared later. The bathroom had significant limescale on the taps, was generally dirty, and the mirror was broken. Overall, it offers good value for the price, but be prepared for a not-so-pleasant room

"Great hotel, the girl at the reception was very helpful and nice with us. The pool is really cool and the location is great in the center of Nizwa"
