The view from the hill was gorgeous. Evergreen trees, vineyards, forests. The house is big and pretty, so many nice touches inside and outside and the garden is huge and amazing. Nice area to sear and admire the view. Even sun-beds. It is fairly spacious and was very clean. It has a nice living room area that was ideal for late night movies watching and playing games. The beds were very comfortable. And the dining area was ideal. So many plates, cups, utensils. Dishwasher was there too. Overall a really lovely house with picture perfect environment, though there are few bits that I will have to comment on the “unhappy” section

Unfortunately we have to list few things that we think they need to be worked out so the place can get higher scores as it has the potential: - The last bit of the road is unpaved and uneven. You need a high elevated car to manage it without being scared of damaging your car. Like an SUV and ideally 4x4. The problem here is that it is not explained before you book this place. And the booking is non refundable! (On multiple booking platforms). You get the instructions about “how you should drive” but it is not fair that you get to learn that at a later stage and you cannot do anything about it. - We got a wrong code for the lockbox. Not a biggie as we called them and sorted it out, however still if you don’t have an Italian number, you pay international charges. - The house is huge. It wasn’t clearly explained what is the main door that should be entered, as they were multiple (probably they might have multiple apartments in the future). - The key for the doors is special. You get only one. It took us few minutes to enter. Eventually you learn the technique however was a daily struggle. - The rooms were joined up, kind of. So yes there are 3 bedrooms. 1 is together with the living room as there is no door separating it, just an arch, so no privacy much there. In order to get to the third bedroom you have to pass through the second bedroom. Again, it wasn’t a biggie for us but it is not explained in the description, so just heads up. - Electricity in the dining area and the small shower/toilet is flickering from time to time, depends how many appliances you have on. It was a bit chilly so the moment you turn the air con it was an issue. - We travel loads across Italy every year. Not sure if we got used to the other accommodations where they leave standard treats like bit of oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, vinegar, welcome bottle of water and sometimes even pasta and colored, there was nothing as such.

Duży, wspaniały dom z duszą położony w malowniczej lokalizacji. Wystrój domu, dzieła sztuki i umeblowanie robią wrażenie.

Największym minusem był dojazd do posiadłości. Nie zostaliśmy poinformowani że konieczny jest samochód terenowy / napęd na 4 kola / wysokie zawieszenie. Przez to wjazd samochodem był niemożliwy. Wynajmujący nie udzielił nam żadnej pomocy, nie zaproponował alternatywy, zostaliśmy pozostawieni sami sobie, a samochody musiały zostać kilometr niżej na dole w jakichś krzakach. To było kompletne nieporozumienie, taka informacja musi być udzielana z góry. Wchodzenie z i pod gore ponad 1km, tworzyły codzienne problemy, nawet proste zakupy stawały się męczarnią. Dodam ze wynajmujący wymaga żeby wynieść śmieci, gdzie śmietniki są 3km od posiadłości.

Przejdźmy do wyposażenia domu. Na 6 osób, na tydzień pobytu 2 rolki papieru toaletowego. Brak dodatkowych worków na śmieci. Brak kawy, herbaty, cukru, 1 tabletka do zmywarki, brak płynu do naczyń. Tylko małe buteleczki mydła i płynu do kąpieli. Fajnie, ze wynajmujący zostawia wino na powitanie, ale szkoda ze w domu nie ma korkociągu. Niedomyte naczynia. Ogólnie nie za czysto.
