The villa was everything we expected and the inside and outdoor area were excellent, the outdoor area especially. The host had left milk and instant coffee which was welcome in the morning as we arrived late the night before.
It was a wonderful place to stay, location was quiet and within easy reach of all expected facilities.

We had clear instructions on how to get to the Villa and how to access the keys. The Villa was well equipped and had everything you could need.
One of the sofas in the pool area was broken when we arrived, so we tended not to use it as there was plenty of seating available. The lighting to the outside of the property was on a timer and went out quite early.

The whole villa was clean and well equipped, swimming pool and pool area were really nice.
Location is great, not overlooked by any other properties.

We were really looking forward to our stay and the photos looked fabulous. We stay in a villa in PDC every year. While this villa has great potential, it would benefit from a deep clean and a refresh. The master bedroom was very nice, and the bathrooms were fine overall.
There was a damp smell in two of the bedrooms, with visible mould around the windows and air-conditioning units in bedrooms and in the kitchen. There was no welcome basket, which has been standard in other villas we’ve stayed in, and no welcome information pack provided. Unfortunately, the first two days were very wet and we couldn’t sit under the pergola as it dripped heavily, soaking the outdoor furniture and cushions. The pool was a bit grubby, and the pool cover/curtain was frayed and left residue in the water each time it was used. The rug in the sitting room was also very grubby. The bedding needs a re-fresh. The buttons on the duvet wouldn't close.
