The hotel was very close to Arena UK where I was working.
Breakfast was cooked fresh.
Staff excellent
plenty of parking.
There's a saying you pay for what you get. The hotel is tired and can do with a refurbishment

It was warm and clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent and well cooked and well served.

Not much to like
The breckfast was poor, I have a milk allergy and could not have a substitute for butter, the food was not hot either.
The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, the bathroom needs updateing, there was not plug in the sink.
