Look for another caravan!

Location of the caravan

This caravan wasn’t cleaned on arrival, it looked like it hadn’t been for some time. There were grease marks & finger prints all over the place. Smelt dirty. The only thing that was recently done was the hoovering in the lounge. The sofa was broken as you sat down in sunk to the floor, it was torn too. No batteries in the remotes. Kitchen was disgraceful, draws were full of well! I don’t know what it was, pots pans cutlery not clean , the sink dirty and no bowl. The oven was absolutely disgusting, not clean & rusty. All radiators rusty , things broken all over the place in all rooms. Blinds all broken and dirty. The so called blinds in the lounge was all broken and missing so you couldn’t close them for privacy ( as the caravan wasn’t directly across from amenities) there was lots of passing people! Im NOT a picky person but you have the fine line of what’s acceptable. We took our own bedding so we knew this was clean & decided to stay and just thought we’d be out most of the day / night so it was just to lay our heads. I did contact the owner straight away & after some time got back to say the cleaner was going to pop by! She wasn’t really helpful & came up with fictional excuses. ‘ claims, cleaner's jobs are to just hoover around & place cushions ‘ … didn’t get a reply from owner. I text again with photo evidence, he text back several hours later, ‘ sorry you are so disappointed I will have maintenance & cleaners in to sort the jobs ‘ …. Unless to us right then & there! We left early. ****I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARAVAN AS IT STANDS****

Nice van no complaints

Comfy beds, nice walk to a dog friendly quiet beach.

Right by the shops, pub etc. This may be a plus for some however our dogs were not happy and I worried if they disturbed other people. I know it disturbed us.

we arranged to meet our family at our caravan but that never happened as there was not enough room

Had breakfast in another caravan Location was very good just the host and property was not what we paid for

The host was disgustingly he or she would not answer the phone only by text which was very odd The caravan in the first part was not the one we paid for they doubled book We had many texts trying to get into another caravan but the code for keys was always wrong Nothing to tell customers how to use oven, microwave plus everything in this caravan never worked properly The bathroom light never worked, it was disgusting that even the caravan park refused to help us in anyway, looks as all they wanted was to be paid like the host and not give what was paid for

Perfect location as you literally over the road right in front of everything so no need to walk more than a few steps. Right outside Leo's station aswell which my babies absolutely loved
