Everything was there. A fridge, hairdryer, toaster, washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board, iron, filtered water, all types of cutlery, all types of kitchenware, and for some reason an airfyer. Bed was very clean. Room was spotless. Hot water all the time. Complimentary milk in the fridge. Enough towels for two nights. Smart TV, fast wifi. AC + heater + fan, take your pick. Fully stocked room. Best experience i've had in SA, even better than Sandton hotels.
Customer support is ready to assist and they're very responsive and quick to help out.
Very secure location. Double gated. Smart lock for room door.
A couple of complimentary water bottles as well as a couple washing machine pods would have been nice but it's a simple fix for the future. Download Mr. D before coming to Potch, it will simplify stocking up on supplies.
The place is a 10/10 for me.

great location close to university and nice cafes, recently renovated with all amenities and very clean
I wish they provided at least a dose for one laundry (laundry soap and softener)

Very modern with a lot to offer. Very Comfortable and value for money. Perfect location to the University.
Unfortunately, the parking space was not great, and the gate closed on my rental vehicle whilst I was reversing and now, I have damage to my rental vehicle. The timing of the gate or sensors needs to be sorted out otherwise there are going to be more guests reporting damage to their vehicles. The parking space is a real concern.
