Cockroach infested mobile home

The location was convenient for the purpose of our stay

Had to kill 4 larger cock roaches on the first night. There was pieces of food on the floor under the table from previous guests.

Cozy and quiet

We liked that the home was roomy enough for four people. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. We liked the lake view. The inside of the home was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and the people were friendly.

We could not use the barbecue because it was covered in bird feces as where the outdoor chairs and the table as well as the patio and the walkway down to the dock. It did not have a big impact on our stay because the weather was too cool to sit outside, but it would have been in warmer weather. Instructions on how to navigate the televisions would have been helpful.

Bel endroit mais la maison est mal entretenue.

La vue, l’environnement.

🔸Forte odeur de renfermé / humidité partout dans la maison. 🔸Réfrigérateur sale à l’intérieur + extérieur (distributeur glaçons). 🔸Pas de lumière au-dessus du plan de cuisson (changer les ampoules ?). 🔸Linge de lit dans sèche-linge en train de sécher à notre arrivée (oubli du personnel d’entretien). Je l’ai sorti en fin de cycle, plié et rangé. Machines bruyantes (pas de porte), surtout le signal sonore de fin cycle = alarme type incendie 😱). 🔸Pas de tapis / sortie de bain pour les deux douches. Pas de lumière pendant la douche : une fois le rideau en tissu fermé, la douche se fait dans la pénombre. 🔸Ventilateurs muraux sales et très poussiéreux. Le ventilateur / lumière plafonnier de la chambre du milieu est anormalement instable. Il aurait besoin d’être resserré (attention, lorsque ce ventilateur plafonnier est en fonctionnement, la porte de la chambre ne peut être ouverte : risque de frotter / abîmer la porte). 🔸Mobilier véranda sale / taché / poils d’animaux, déchets + AC de la buanderie qui coule dans la véranda. 🔸Draps troués / déchirés. 🔸Extérieur : entrée et surtout arrière côté dock : des feuilles, des taches partout sur le sol, 🔸BBQ piqué par l’oxydation et très sale. 🔸Bâche table de jardin déchirée, transats et chaises sales. 🔸Une lame en bois cassée sur le dock / ponton. 🔸 Check-in 16:00 c’est tard / check-out 10:00 trop tôt C’est vraiment dommage, le manque de nettoyage / propreté gâche énormément. En revanche, très bon lit (master bed), cuisine et son îlot agréable. Le salon également. Très jolie vue.
