The staff was great. Bfast was good n lots of varieties. Near to ferry terminal.
On a Saturday - there was crowded n only 1 lady was manning the chk in counter. The Q was very long - after some guests made noise - the duty manager came out to assist.

Clean & spacious with super friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of buffet breakfast on a Sunday.
The bathroom floor about the same level as the toilet. So it tend to get flooded during shower. Also would be nice to add an extra hook in the bathroom. One is not enough.

This was our second stay in yello hotel and still the best hotel we’ve stayed whenever we are having a short vacay to batam.
- Room was clean and comfortable
- Staffs were friendly and always makes you feel back at home
- Free shuttle to ferry terminal which is the best perk!
- Close distance to Morning Bakery, Seafood Restaurant, Circle K, Alphamart
- Can drop your luggage in the lobby
- Request for extra pillow and it arrived fast
- There is a fridge in the room and got two can drinks for free
- Reasonable additional fees for late check out, only 100k for one hour
- Got netflix, youtube in smart tv
- Great view of the bay and the city from the room, we booked Yello Urban Xtra Room and it was big enough for us 2 adult 2 child
- Nothing, but the room usually do not ready early as the check in time at 2pm, you need to wait if you came early
