The flat is very conveniently located a short distance on foot from the centre of Parma with parking and food shops close by . It was clean and functional with everything everyday provided
A chopping board in the kitchenarea would be useful … don’t want to spoil surfaces

Clean, modern and spacious room. Great facilities and very close to the town centre.

The property had a good style, was highly clean along with a great bed and pillows which made our stay very comfortable. The property is in a great location near the centre along with being 15-20mins to the train station.
The only thing for us was when we left. In the booklet and the message that you get from them, it says to leave the keys behind which I can understand why they do that (in part, keeping in mind that it’s self check in and you collect your keys from a lock box so you could leave the 1 set of keys back in the lock box to avoid the issue that arose) the booklet it says the following “Once you’re downstairs in the yard, you’ll find a red button 4m before the gates on your left. This will open the gate”
We got to the point where our taxi was waiting for us, we left our keys as instructed and went to push the button in the yard, 4m from the gate on the left, this button didn’t work and the note on there translated to say it’s not working. When we pointed this out they tried to claim that the booklet said it. The only place it does say it is in the original pdf that you get sent before your stay that instructs you on where to find the lock box and to find the keys, but in the moment of leaving and after reading the booklet, this wasn’t thought of and our driver had to ring through to another resident to open the gate.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro città, zona tranquilla e possibilità di parcheggiare a poca distanza dall’appartamento.
