Nice clean room with access to the restaurant next door and very pleasant friendly staff and location good with plenty of free parking.
Didn't like the fact we had to pay a £50 deposit for any possible damage to the room and considering we were an elderly couple thought this was a bit disrespectful and this wasn't explained at time of booking.

The night stay was ok
Reception needs to be more organised and given relevent slip to customer they need for food. Breakfast not hot.

The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The location is really good and convenient for working in Weston Favell.
I saw that breakfast was advertised as being served from 6.30am, this worked really well with my work commitments. The feedback for breakfast was excellent and I was really looing forward to a nice breakfast. Upon check in was told that breakfast on a Monday was not served until 8am and had not been for two years. This did not fit in with my schedule. For health reasons I need to eat before that start of a long working day. The Receptionist provided a Yogurt ( warm by the morning ) Bread and butter ( bread dry by morning) and some fruit. Thanks for trying to assist, but not really as advertised
