Horrible experience. Booking should remove this listing

That it didn’t rain inside

I give this rental place such a lower rate because it’s not a place prepare to live in comfortably .The owner has not idea how to run a rental property. The studio is furnished with left over furniture some of them painted by hand in a sloppy manner. Nothing match, and on top of that has not a closet or shelves to store clothing. It only had a dusty bookshelf and a small sofa probably donated by his grandmother. At my arrival I noticed that I had not place to put my clothes and after texting the owner, he said he will bring me one closet the following day. The next day I received a text message from the owner saying that someone brought a closet for me and hungers and ask me to go to the gate to get it myself 🤯. He didn’t have the decency to bring the stuff to the unit. I went down because I needed it and my surprise was when I saw a cheap plastic rack made to dry clothes 😂. Unbelievable. The unit has other issues like exposed electrical wires in the shower, windows with not curtains… THere is more, the building is in a residential neighborhood with not stores at all where to buy a something, you will need to use your own car or call an Uber to go to the closest grocery store. Also, the building is surrounded by construction. The is a big building being renovated practically 10 yards from the kitchen window. I WILL NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT IT. It’s a total rip off.

Turbulenta pela administração mas o apto eh ótimo

Ótimo apto.

Anunciou que poderia usar a academia, mas fui proibido pelo condomínio. Também tive problema de proibição do uso da garagem, mas o anfitrião resolveu depois.
