Highly recommended apartment for central Verona location

Terrible experience

We had to cancel our reservation because they do not communicate properly and did not respond to our messages. We wanted to know if we could leave our small backpacks a bit earlier so we would not have to carry them with us but they ignored us completely although we could have taken "no" for an answer. Then we wanted to know if there is a bus or if we should take a taxi but again, they did not respond to our message. In fact, after 4 messages the day before our trip we panicked not knowing what was going on and cancelled the reservation and booked somewhere else. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with their lack of professionalism and this hassle took away from our excitement.

I would suggest to the hotel manager to communicate in a timely manner not only out of respect for their customers but also not to alarm them and create anxiety. All communication regarding a reservation is done THE DAY BEFORE the trip.

Great location and clean

The flat was clean and the location perfect, right in the city center, 30 seconds from Giulietta's balcony. I totally recommend for family or friends who want to pay a visit in Verona.

All good

For what we paid this was ideal, cheap, basic but location is fabulous and everything worked

Great location

There is nothing i did not like, but to be clear it is basic , and the electrics are a bit wonky

Posizione centralissima.
