Great cheap and cosy room near Termini Station. There is a lift to get to the 3rd floor which is nice. Air con is good and there’s a washing machine which works well. Bed was comfy and there’s a decent TV in bedroom.
A fair amount of ants around the property. It’s small but okay for 2 people.

The location
Dirty smelly street and smelly rubbish bins inside front door due to heat.
No aircon or fan in bedroom and toilet did not flush properly

"We enjoyed our time here. The space is comfortable and not too far from sightseeing locations. The host's assistant, Andre was very friendly and helpful in getting us settled in."
