Modern and the location
Hard to find the reception. Checking in was confusing and took awhile to locate where to go. The instructions were not clear.

The location and the apartment facilities like the pool, gym and sauna were great.
Needs a good deep clean. the walls were yucky, the rug we kept tripping on and that needs to be cleaned also. Pillows were all yellow, they need to be cleaned and covered with protectors A plastic jug in the cupboard was taped up and they cost $1.50 I don’t know why you wouldn’t replace it! The vacuum was disgusting and didn’t even work!

We loved our stay in this little studio, it was perfect for me and my partner, the location is amazing, near to the supermarket and a short tram ride into town. The room was very quiet too which surprised us, the gym and pool facilities were fab too! We loved the little patio area to sit in :)
Only complaint we had was that the water temperature fluctuates but wasn't sure if that's a building wide issue. We found that there was a crack in the shower head but sent a message via the app and the owners were very responsive about it, it didn't affect the water pressure so we didn't worry about it too much!

Great location
Was harassed and stressed by all the emails(daily) saying my booking was not confirmed and asking for all my personal details such as passport, bank details, drivers licence etc
