Will stay again if I’m back to Florence.

The apartment is sparkling clean. All the amenities are new. Bed is very comfortable. Overall experience is good. The actual situation of the apartment is much better than what are shown in the picture.

Basically nothing.

Excellent 100% recommended

Everything! Clean, great communication, comfortable, great location, little extras that make all the difference, iron and ironing board, washing machine, coffee and machine available, cutlery plates, glasses etc. Great WiFi. Excellent cleaning. We were touring Italy, 6 cities and this was the best accommodation we stayed in. Value for money is amazing. Thank you, Massimo, for an amazing stay, we will be in touch when we come again.

I loved everything about it, there is nothing wrong with this accommodation at all, it's clean, comfortable and central. If you wanted a negative there is some noise outside in evenings and mornings when the market which is close by sets up and closes down, but we did not find this disruptive and the positives are amazing, we will be staying again.
