The front desk staff were super helpful, especially Emi. She always went above and beyond to help us.

Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya is a prime location, makes navigation easy and is quiet. Quiet, clean, good location are all things we look for when we travel and this hotel was great. We took the Narita Express train from Shibuya station and we went from our hotel room to the train platform in about 15 minutes.

Centrally located. Great facilities, nice comfy beds and a great pool! They also let us stay on our check out day and use the pool
It was very expensive so not the best value for money

Location was great, near shops and restaurants and transportation.
Washing machine didn’t dry
breakfast was poor, not enough selection and staff did not restock food when out. We ate whatever was leftover without much selection and we didn’t come during closing.
