About this house rental
Our farm, the Gugg Hof, is located on a high plateau of the Hohe Salve, about 2 km from the town center. In this peaceful setting, you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps and let your gaze wander over the valley below. Here, you can feel completely at ease and enjoy nature. In winter, the valley run of the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental is right behind the house, while in summer you’ll find yourself in the heart of a beautiful hiking area. There’s no better way to wind down after a day in the mountains than on the quiet terrace “Platz’l” behind the farm.

“Heuboden” Apartment:
The attic apartment is located on the top floor of our farmhouse and has a separate entrance. The Heuboden vacation apartment has been furnished with great care and attention to detail. It features modern amenities made with high-quality materials, combined with antique furniture from days gone by. You’ll sleep especially well in the handcrafted wooden beds from the historic Streitenau building. This creates a unique, cozy atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped with a kitchenette including a seating area, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, and filter coffee maker. The living area, featuring a large couch and TV, is perfect for social evenings or cozy moments. The bathroom features a sink, towel rack, shower, and toilet. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a desk, space for a travel crib (upon request), and a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and either a closet or a dresser. In the entryway, there is also a pantry or shoe cabinet. Parking is available.
On-site fees: Pets not allowed! Not suitable for celebrations, parties, or bachelor/bachelorette parties! Excludes final cleaning and local tax. Includes electricity, water, and heating. Inspection of the vacation rental before departure to be arranged on-site.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
