A charming two-level loft on Via Margutta, the “Street of Artists”—the ideal place to spend a pleasant vacation in the heart of the Eternal City, near the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo, with easy access to the metro. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator and is quiet. Great location and great use of the space. Apartment is on the top floor of a 4-story walk-up building. Kitchen is small. Well-equipped to cook on 2-burner cook-top and a microwave oven (no conventional oven). Small under-counter refrigerator, big enough to handle a small grocery run for a few days. Bedroom loft space has normal ceiling height, fine even for tall visitors.

The location was great and the property was charming! The property manager responded right away and was helpful. The only criticism that I have is the number of steps to get to the apartment. It was around 50 steps. In addition to that there were steps up to the loft. It’s a great location but I think the outside steps should be mentioned in the listing. I wasn’t prepared for that.
