About this apartment rental
A very cozy family apartment with a lovely sunroom and an infrared sauna. The apartment is located in the eastern part of the complex, so it’s very quiet there. Nevertheless, you’ll still enjoy an unobstructed view of the mountain panorama. Dogs are also allowed in the summer upon request.

In summer, the Berg Aparts Faschina is the perfect starting point for hikes, family outings, and challenging mountain tours.
In winter, nothing stands in the way of family fun in the snow.
Ski school, kids’ play area, aerial cableway, bus stop, and restaurant—all right on your doorstep in the snowiest place in the world.
Apartment 9 features a large bedroom separated by a closet. The larger area contains a double bed, and the smaller area has a bunk bed.
This makes the apartment ideal for 2 adults and 2 children.
Even for 4 adults, the apartment—which is nearly 70 square meters in size—offers plenty of space and room to move around.
All the furniture in the apartment is made of solid wood by a local cabinetmaker. This gives the apartment its cozy Alpine charm. The built-in kitchen is also very high-quality, featuring state-of-the-art brand-name appliances, and is fully equipped.
The functional bathroom, featuring a toilet and a spacious shower, also includes storage shelves, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
We provide all consumables—such as toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, dish towels, etc.—free of charge.
