Villa Madonna con le Rose is open to everyone and does not discriminate against anyone. The villa is entirely on one level with no internal steps required to move from one room to another. There is only the 12-step exterior entrance staircase, which has low walls on both sides and no safety gates. The rest of the garden is enclosed by low walls and a gate; even the small above-ground pool has a ladder with a child-safety lock that only an adult can lower.

VILLA DESCRIPTION.
Villa Madonna con le Rose is situated above the garden and is accessed via a majestic staircase with 12 steps adorned with little angels. The villa’s spaces are divided into living and sleeping areas:
-Living area: Living room with a professional pool table for exclusive use—the only one of its kind in
Versilia and the province of Lucca (see “game areas” category)—and a foosball table with
other board games, entryway, living room with a 49-inch LG HD TV, dining room,
spacious and functional kitchen with appliances (dishwasher, oven,
microwave, washing machine), a small terrace, and a laundry room. The living room with
, dining room, and entryway form an open space that can be divided with movable walls for
greater privacy or for work;
-Sleeping area: a master bedroom with hardwood floors overlooking the garden,
a bathroom, and two additional bedrooms, both with views of the garden and the
hills.

GARDEN
The outer arch leads to the villa’s garden, skillfully divided into functional areas:
-Covered area: in front of the villa’s entrance, featuring a rustic wooden table and benches
where guests can enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors;
-Madonna with Roses Area: a rock featuring the sculpture of the
Madonna;
-Pool Area for guests’ exclusive use: an “oasis of relaxation” with a small
above-ground pool (4.27 m x 2.50 m x 1.00 m) for 6 people and a
solar-heated shower, where you can cool off on summer afternoons away from prying eyes
, protected by a hedge of laurel plants surrounding the villa, which gives off
a light fragrance that relaxes the mind and body, with a fir tree
and mistletoe providing a picturesque backdrop;
-Relaxation Area: You’ll find lounge chairs and chairs with a small table where
you can sunbathe in peace while sipping an aperitif under a dwarf palm tree
and a small olive tree—a nice alternative to the beach, which is only 7 km from the
Villa.
-Free parking on the property, inside the villa’s gate.
