About this apartment rental
Relax in this charming, unique and quiet accommodation. In the heart of the Seignosse Ocean resort while being quiet in a secure residence. It has a very pleasant green loggia facing south, with a view of the Pyrenees and incredible sunsets over the dune. Not overlooked. It is also equipped with adjustable blinds if you prefer shade and wish to preserve freshness.
Parking space included + bike room + private access to the beach
Wifi, television, washing machine and equipped kitchen (large fridge, oven, electric hob, kettle, etc...) I always leave the minimum available to cook (salt/pepper, oil, vinegar...)
The plus: the apartment is on the 4th floor and crossing, so with the ocean air it's not hot and there are no mosquitoes! You still have a fan just in case...
The apartment is a 5 min walk from shops and restaurants, Atlantic Park, rides, surf schools and bike rental shops.
Close to the forest, cycle paths, 10 minutes from Hossegor, 35 minutes from Bayonne and 1 hour from Spain to enjoy tapas!!
Perfect for a single person and/or couple with 1 or 2 children. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. The bedroom has a 2x1 seater drawer bed and a desk if you want to work.
