This would have to be one of the nicest places I have stayed in Cebu. And I have been going to Cebu now for around 8 years and stayed and many hotels.
I really liked the lay out of this Appartment it’s very spacious and new.It has a huge bathroom and very modern. The Rooms are also very big and comfortable even the bedding and pillows are so comfortable.I really liked also that it’s very close to SM Seaside and NUSTAR Casino and just a walk away over the bridge to IL Torso. There is amazing food there. Also the pool and the gym are Amazing.I would definitely Recommend this place to anyone that wants a really nice place to stay.

Clean and well fitted out and decorated. Great Air Con and loved the pool and Gym.

The host was very responsive
The AC units were dirty, there’s a construction everyday very loud and noisy in the building and the insulation is very poor, hard to find a parking space and far..

room decoration is nice
First, the owner was extremely hard to contact. When we arrived, we were told that we needed the owner to register our names before we could enter. We waited nearly three hours for the owner to respond, and the phone number provided was always unreachable.
Also, no visitors are allowed unless their names are registered by the owner as well.
Second, the internet was terrible. Mobile data barely worked (at least for Smart users), and although the WiFi could connect, it almost never had actual internet access.
Third, the bathroom is not suitable for showering because the water flows everywhere and the drainage is very poor.
Lastly, even as a room guest, you still have to pay extra to use the apartment’s pool.
