The apartment is perfectly located near downtown, bus stop for busses to Nice and very nice Plage Cros Dei Pin. Quiet and perfectly equipped. Bus stop for busses coming in from Nice is right outside & off-season free parking in the street. Great host Josiane is friendly and helpful and lives on site. Looking forward to book this place next time around.
The price is, well, adequate for the high level of the French Riviera vacation experience, yet the grand studio avec terrace was the best deal I saw at the time of booking and an overall fair value. Josiane was kind enough to provide a kid's bed for my grandson at no surcharge.

Posizione, pulizia e accoglienza stupenda.
La Sig.ra Josiane è estremamente disponibile e simpatica.
Vicino alla location, spiagge molto belle e raggiungibili a piedi.
Il divano/letto poco comodo e guanciali poco confortevoli.
La rampa del garage è estremamente ripida con curve a gomito.
