This hotel has the perfect size and location for us. Everyone is so friendly!
Mr. Kingsley at reception and Anne and Pauline in the breakfast area were so charming and helpful. The room is modern, clean as a whistle with excellent linens. The location is about 100 metres from the top of the Spanish steps which means you can walk to most of the Roman
Room size is not generous, but it does not feel cramped, and the little balcony helps.

Nicely decorated hotel and perfect location very close to Spanish Steps
Bathroom floor is dangerous my husband fell very hard on the slippery floor he was lucky that he didn’t break anything.

We booked this hotel for a business trip, but one colleague couldn’t join. I asked the staff about a partial refund for the unused room, but they refused, saying the booking was non-refundable for large groups. At the same time, another couple was able to take over the room for part of the stay, meaning the hotel resold it but still kept our full payment. Their reasoning — low season and wire payment — didn’t feel fair or customer-oriented. Because of this, I wouldn’t book this hotel again.
