trying to get the refund from Booking.com has been a challenge. Bet you wont publish this info.

I didn't get to stay as I paid the money and received a message the next day saying the property owner would be away for a Doctors appointment and they cancelled my booking.

The site accepted my money for my dates. only to be told the next day by the owner to get a refund from booking.com as they were unable to have me stay.

The Larkwood was perfect for our stay. It was very cold for us coming from the North but we felt warm and cost in our room. It was clean and we were given a breakfast hamper which was wonderful. Helena also cooks a mean breakfast 😊 she is warm and welcoming and very accommodating. Thanks for having us and I’m sure we will see you again 🙏🏼

Coming from a rural property it was different hearing the traffic but we had a laugh and got use to it
