Overall, the apartment is good and well located. The bed is big and comfortable. There is a sofa (so theoretically you could stay as a group of three) and a desk (so theoretically you could work). I needed an ironing board and an iron — luckily, both were there. I also needed a washing machine, but there was no laundry liquid... I guess we should have bought our own, but it was already too late.
I liked the self-check-in and late check-in (it was 3 AM).
We stayed for 11 nights, and I didn't like that for the last 6–7 nights there was no WiFi... I wanted to work, but there was no internet. We wrote to the owner every day, but he just said it was a problem with Telecom. Maybe it really wasn't his fault, but it was very upsetting. Also, during all 11 nights, they never managed to do the white card (residence registration) for us. Maybe because we didn't tell them in advance that we needed it, and just asked when we were already there — I don't know... I recommend discussing everything in advance. Because white card is necessary for everyone arriving in Serbia
Also, you should know that the apartment is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator, although the climbs weren't too tiring.
As I said, there was no laundry liquid, and on the last day I saw a cockroach in the bathroom.

The location is best you can get in Belgrade and the host is very friendly!
There is no elevator. Thst info was shared with us upfront, but would be very good if the building has elevator. Those are old Belgrade building, expected to be without elevator.

Centralised and close to all convenience
No lift right up to the top floor, especially for tourists with plenty luggage and the check in time should suit travellers.
