L’emplacement est très bien, la maison est située au calme, le parking est appréciable ainsi que l’espace extérieur. Le volume de la maison est confortable pour 6 adultes.
La propreté laisse à désirer, la maison est charmante mais un peu vétuste et mériterait un rafraîchissement. Les volets ne sont pas tous fonctionnels, la salle de bain du bas a ses joints noircis, la literie est à revoir.
L’espace extérieur n’est pas confortable, la table et les chaises sont sommaires, il n’y a pas d’éclairage.
Le jardin est entretenu mais pas soigné.

Le calme. La déco originale du lieu.
La maison est "fatiguée" et aurait bien besoin de bricolage (beaucoup de choses cassés ou branlantes...) Un nettoyage de printemps devrait aussi etre fait.

Maison charmante et atypique, très propre et bon rapport qualité/prix. Places de parking, on peut venir avec notre animal de compagnie.

Location
Lights not working in stairwell. A scurrying sound coming from between the floorboards. Generally rather tired and neglected. Downstairs bathroom damp and mouldy.
