The room was spacious and comfortable. The property was pretty, clean, dog friendly, and the staff was super kind and helpful. It was also very quiet.
Our shower flooded our whole bathroom.

I didn't eat breakfast so I can't comment on that. The location was awesome and the desk staff was great. The lobby is excellent with many fun things to do and many food items for sale.
I don't like that I can't earn my Hilton points when I book through Booking.com. I wish every floor had ice not just the first floor.

Cleanliness of the room. Updated decor. Friendliness of the staff.
Complimentary breakfast was not up to par

The water filler was nice and the bath products. Gym options and bedroom layout was spacious
Super loud in the halls, overhead floors, traffic, etc. bed was super uncomfortable. Lights were dingy in elevator, breakfast options were slim
