Locatie tov pistes uitstekend. Wat verder weg van het centrum maar eigenlijk ook wel goed. Ruim en schoon appartement met goede linnenpakketten.
Internet werkte niet, wat erg vervelend was. Weliswaar kleine vergoeding gekregen maar weegt niet op tegen last. Bij mail over vertrek ontbrak tel.nr. Welcome in Nederland. Duitse nr. was niet bereikbaar. In mail van Booking werd een andere vertrektijd vermeld dan in de mail van Welcome. Is verwarrend mbt planning. Naar ingang ondergrondse parkeerplek moet echt goed gezocht worden. Omschrijving zou beter kunnen. Parkeerplek zelf uitstekend, zeker bij sneeuwval.

Die Lage ist top 200 m zur Piste. Skiverleih direkt vor der Piste.
Stellplatz Tiefgarage ist top (Gerade in den Wintermonaten)
Ausstattung war ok.
Sauberkeit war ok.
Aufzug vorhanden.
Leider kein Wlan vorhanden, somit auch kein TV möglich.
Check in bzw Check out besser organisieren. Schlüssel abholung 5km entfernt. Zeitgenaues abholen einhalten. Zeitschloss am abholort (früheres abholen nicht möglich)
Schlüsselabgabe ebenfalls 5km entfernt. Früheres abgeben nicht möglich da zugang zum Schlüsselsafe zeitgesteuert.
Schlüsselsafe an der Unterkunft vorhanden! Vielleicht dort abholung und abgabe abwickeln.
Pin Code für diese safes war vorhanden.
Kontakt (welcome in) nur über gebührenpflichtige nummer. Kontakt (dienstleister) konnte leider nicht helfen.

Es ist sehr sauber,es ist sehr nah an der Skipiste,es ist ruhig.
Die Person,die angeblich telefonisch helfen kann,war keine Hilfe.Wir haben den Eingang der Tiefgarage eine halbe Stunde gesucht,es gab kein Wlan,das Bettsofa ist eine Katastrophe.

Following the instructions, accessing the aparment was very easy. Underground parking with elevator access was something new to me, so it took a while to figure that out, the rest was great. Having closed parking space would definitely come in handy under bad weather conditions. The property had all amenities that you would need for a short ski trip.
The sofa in living room that turns into a bed was a bit less comfortable, and with very light pillows, it was even less so, but overall it was a comfortable stay. The place was clean on the surfaces that are most used, but there was some dust on top of shelves and in some corners, so cleanliness was good but could be better.
