The proper was well maintained, cleaned and spacious.
The small tiny box mounted on the POBox was very impossible to retrieve the access card and key. Given the feedback and host responded "No one complained". Literally, had to get down from the car to search for parking lot number printed on floor. Host should the least do a simple video to easily show direction to parking lot and lift lobby which is a common practise of ABnB thinking of guest first time visiting premise. Retrieve two access cards but the one attached on key seemed useless. Both lift and car park access using the same one access card. For a host that is interested in managing experience should the least describe and explain using image avoiding guest trapped in the lift. The only plastic chair in the unit was wobbly and had cracked on the seat. The studio is spacious with two single beds should offer at least two chairs.
