A bright, quiet, cozy, and modernly furnished apartment for 2, situated above the rooftops of Hallstadt. Right outside the gates of the World Heritage city of Bamberg. A private parking space is available, as well as a place to work. A romantic outdoor seating area by the Mühlbach stream invites you to relax. Bamberg is just a few minutes away by car or city bus. Within walking distance: City bus to Bamberg: 1 min. Supermarket & bakery: 3 min., Restaurant: 3 min.

The apartment is located on a quiet side street.

Living room:
Bright, inviting living room with a dining area and workspace. A computer with internet access is provided. A TV with Amazon Prime Video and Netflix is available. The sofa folds out and can be used as a sleeper sofa if needed. A sound system with Bluetooth and an AUX input is at your disposal. It’s portable and can be taken into any room—or even outside, by arrangement.

Kitchen:
Bright, inviting, and brand-new built-in kitchen with a coffee maker with a grinder, microwave, toaster, contact grill, electric kettle, egg cooker, smoothie maker, SodaStream, refrigerator, ceramic cooktop (4 burners), and oven. We provide coffee beans, tea, sugar, sweetener, coffee creamer, syrup for the SodaStream, spices, vinegar & oil, and dish soap. The refrigerator, of course, has a freezer compartment.

Bedroom:
Also bright and inviting, with a queen-size bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. A TV with Amazon Prime Video and Netflix, as well as a sound system with an AUX input, are also available here. An aroma diffuser provides a pleasant scent when needed.

Bathroom:
Modern bathroom with natural light and a shower featuring a built-in brick seating area. Extra hand and bath towels are also provided. A hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, soap, and many other bath and toiletries (e.g., deodorant, hairspray, cotton swabs, moist toilet paper, disposable razors, etc.) are provided.

Outdoor seating area:
If you’d like, you can enjoy the romantic outdoor seating area by the Mühlbach stream with a glass of (Franconian) wine or your morning coffee. You’ll find seat cushions in your apartment for this purpose. Feeding the ducks is expressly permitted ;-)

Children under 2 years of age:
We provide a travel crib, bedding, and a high chair.

Miscellaneous:
A washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s central utility room for a fee.
An iron and ironing board are provided.
A lockable room for storing personal bicycles is available at all times.

Additional important information:
The bathroom is accessible via a staircase.
